Grammatically perfect, wrong register. I'd just say "people say my English sucks", much more natural and colloquial, but, like I said, what you wrote is good grammatically. I didn't learn English (native speaker), but I imagine those constructions are hard to learn.

No idea what ashikoki is, but I'd put "an indecent man" instead of not having an article. Japanese doesn't have articles, right? Don't worry about them being difficult, but just practice.
