Oh LOL. Or as you Jap's say "wwww".
I speak almost no Japanese so I couldn't give you instructions in your own language, but I can tell you what would make you sound a lot more natural.
For the first sentence "I'm Japanese, and my English fucking sucks." Though with grammar, I don't really see a problem with "I'm a Japanese" The main thing is when you say what you ARE most people don't say they are "a *nationality*" they just say they are *nationality*. For example it would sound more natural for a Canadian to say "I'm Canadian and my French fucking sucks" or "I'm Italian and my Spanish fucking sucks" or whatever else.
For the second sentence, it would be bad for grammar and all but it would sound natural if you said "Can anyone talk with me and correct my English?" or if you wanted to still be grammatically correct "Does anyone want to talk with me and correct my English?" you are asking if someone WANTS TO but the point comes across the same.
