I'm a Japanese and my English fucking sucks.
Does anyone talk with me and correct my English?

I recommend reviewing the use of articles (冠詞). Just fixing that problem would improve your English very quickly and easily. I recommend against using abbreviations like "thx" and "plz". Using them is not incorrect, but they are mostly used by teenagers.
Well, I'll tell you one of the reasons why I'm learning English. First, to speak frankly, I think foreign women are wonderful.
"To speak frankly" is not incorrect, but I think "to be blunt" would sound more natural.
For example, I often see tourist groups that consist of foreign people walking around in Kyoto, where I live. Every time, I think the foreign women in the group are very beautiful.
"who belong to the group" (not incorrect)
"in the group" (more natural)
So let me think OF what's necessary to associate with foreign women.
"what's necessary to associate with foreign women"
"what I need to hang out with foreign women"
Either is fine
LF, humanity, sociability. Those are obvious.
"I need to have manners, to have a personality/to be charming and to be sociable. That's obvious."
LF is 和製英語
Anything else? ... I forgot a fundamental thing: English.
You probably know this but not all foreigners only speak English or even speak English at all. If I were you I would pick a foreign girlfriend that speaks Japanese, that would be less trouble (笑).
