Enlish grammar question

Hi guys,
An anon from Germany here. I was wondering if the following order of words is correct and if there even may a special meaning to it.

For example, normaly it would be: "eyes wide open".
But would the following also be correct: "eyes open wide".
And if, is there a words thats especially stressed that way?

Both are correct and there is no difference between them.

i've heard (and would use) the two of them with no difference in meaning.

No, "open" and "wide" in "open wide" can be an adjective and an adverb respectively and it's a correct phrase.
