Everyone else in my family (over 18) can speak Croatian but me.
I could understand it when i was young but i havn't heard it since i was like 8. So i plan to (re) learn it. Im 80% fluent in japanese
my question is, are there any real complications with learning Croatian? Its pretty backwards sounding compared to English and im told there are male and female verbs and nouns, and 100 differant adjectives for the same thing, any of this true?

In during serbians.
I was born speaking serbian and I wish I hadn't been because my english gets screwed up all the time. It's a different sentence structure and unless I think about what i'm saying I usually get mid way through a sentence then stop myself because of what i'm about to say next doesn't belong and wouldn't sound right. Most of the time I have to start the sentence again properly.
