i have to prepare a text for my korean class and i came over 2 verb-constructions which i dont know, and didnt find in my grammar book. so in hope to come across some korean-speakers here i would like to know, what those mean:
아직까지도 우리는 변덕스러운 날씨를 때문에 많은 어려움을 겪곤 합니다.
something like: until now there arise difficulties in predicting due to our quickly changing weather. (english is not my first lang btw...)
i dont get the ~곤 합니다 contsruction at the end.
비가 오지 않아 농사를 제대로 지을 수 없는가 하면,...
here my question is just about the 없는가 하면. why is there 는가 하 between the possiblity-없다 and the conditional 면? why not 없면?
