I've found the problem. It's really awful Latin- all verbs are in the infinitive when I think they meant to put them in the imperative, and the noun endings are just abysmal. My bet is they just flipped through a latin dictionary I'll give you a literal translation of the part you asked for, but it's hard to even do that- inflectional languages only work when people actually use the inflections :x

I tried to take liberties and have it make sense, but I genuinely have no idea what the fuck they are trying to say. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
