I need to write:
Who is going to the party?

Is this correct?? I'm having some trouble...
パーティーにだれが行きますか。

you have all the words right but you have it mixed up

だれがパーティーに行きますか。

1 is technically right. hes even more correct (as u stated ttpov being the normal way a Japanese person would say it)as long as the particle は is added

パーティーにはだれが行きますか？
all of the ways are right

One more question, when using the language bar for japanese input, whenever I type TI is changes to ち or チ. I don't want CHI, I want katakana ティ. :( There's no way to do it besides having to type うぃ (WI) and use it's lower-case い then type テ behind it. I don't remember having this kind of problem before...

Usually I do a "te", followed a "xi". putting x in front change some letters to the smaller font.

putting behind vowels and tsu will make it small, for example l+tu = っ　l+a=ぁ

Or then you can make a small tsu with x+tu

I just type t-h-i to get てぃ

there's actually a way to change your key bindings when typing in japanese input, so you can make whatever key combination type out whatever japanese letter you want. basically a customization option.

If you don't have the same language bar, you probably have to choose a different type-set or keyboard set under the language options.

I assume you know how to do that.

I believe there were 2 different keyboard sets for Japanese.
