sup /lang/. I'm currently double majoring in Mandarin Chinese and Italian. I've got the chance to spend my next year abroad, but I can't decide whether to spend a year in italy, a year in china, or a semester in each. I know it's a personal decision, but I just wonder if anyone's had any experience (postive/negative) in these countries that they'd care to share.
Also, cocks.

Overseas study is such an awesome opportunity, it's a shame more people don't take advantage of it.
Going to both would be fun, but I'd be worried about missing out on things because you don't get to spend as long in each place. I'd say pick one you like more, spend a year there, and do a summer in the other.
I'd say China, but I imagine I'm biased as I'm moving there next week. The Olympics will be awesome, and you could try volunteering for a translator spot.
