Learning japanese?

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-12 19:04 ID:defTNMN8

Yeah, I'm just gonna come out and say it. I'm a huge weeaboo fag and I want to learn japanese for weeaboo reasons. Mostly just reading/listening because from what I understand, if I attempt to speak to a japanese person without 40 years of experience, they will shit on my head.

Is this feasible if my education would consist of three university courses and a lot of free time on the internet?

as well you should. if you're older than say 13 and just starting, chances are you aren't gonna get passed the "how quaint" stage of jappobility

Woulda been all but impossible.
Besides, slutty japanese broads are way more impressed if you can speak English fluently than Japanese. I mean, even stupid Japanese people can speak Japanese, but how many people do they know who can speak English? Just one. The 26 year old weaboo fag who is plowing them.

I'm not really a starter, I've passed JLPT2 and is attempting JLPT1. However, even if I pass it I'll still be in a "how quaint" stage(yeah, I know, damn) and I wonder whether I should continue. After all, I'm a weeaboo who's not going to use it for anything other than anime and games, i.e. it's going to be useless in real life. And oh yeah, I can't plow Japanese broads until I go to Japan.

You are responding to my trolls with far, far too much civilty and its throwing me off.

Pass Kanken 1 or even jun-1 if you want to impress Japanese broads with Japanese, but even then, that Austrailian with his oh-so shitty English is going to be all the more impressive.

Continue if its interesting to you. Who cares if its useful in real life. Is anything we do really all that useful? How does your huge mp3 collection and /b/ folder help the starving kids in 3rd world United States?

And just come to Japan. It's cheap to fly from anywhere from September on to the end of November.
