No-one. I could talk (in english) for 5 minutes and the average londoner/new yorker wouldn't have a clue what I'm saying. We roll our Rs, spit out CHs and generally gargle our way through language. Scottish english has a number of different registers: it goes from very formal, reasonably formal (my usual means of communication) all the way down to extreme slang. And then there are the regional dialects...
