There's a lot... Also,「~なくちゃ」is already a contraction of 「~なくては」, 「~なきゃ」means 「~なければ」.
Here's some other stuff off the top of my head...
~ければ=けりゃ
~てあげる=たげる
~っただろう=ったろう
~するの=すんの
(人)の(もの)=(人)ん(もの)
これは=こりゃ
~だもの=だもん
~している=してん
~するな=すんな
~しなさい=しな
Depends a lot on dialect too... kinda hard to list, that's like trying to list every contraction in English (including shit like "gonna").
