From little Russian I know, It looks like it's pronounced 'voyki' and it's a plural form of some noun of which I don't know. Sweet.

I doubt it means anything - there is NO such word in modern Russian. I could not find it in Brokgauz&Efron dictionary (as early as beginning of the XX century) either. It may be an anachronism or mispronounciation.
