Concise or well organized languages?

I only know Latin at present, but what I've seen of the structures and lengths of Japanese, German, Spanish, and Italian none of these come close. Many 'primal' languages seem to be even more complex than the Romance derivatives, with weird grammar rules that have cultural ties or something.

So does a 'cleaner' language than Latin exist?

According to a theory by Karl Verner, languages tend to evolve from highly synthetic to highly analythic as the vocabulary and the set of idioms grow, which is a good thing, since synthetic languages suck.
