learning japanese reasons

I'm about to apply for a student visa to study japanese in japan... but I'm scared of this question: "What are your main reasons for studying Japanese"
could someone please please help me???

and before you say something bad about me, no, it's not so I can watch anime or read manga, my native language is not english, it's spanish, so I need a little help making it look apropiate, anything would really help thanks!

what ARE your reasons? Surely you must have some, so just be honest. If you want to read manga with it, just say "So I can better appreciate Japanese culture, which I've been interested in since blah-blah-blah."
