for fucks sake , 2 days ago I tried posting something on /b/ but it says my ISP , IP range or Country has been blocked .. and it's been like that ever since. I'm from Bosnia , and I haven't been posting anything that could get me b& .

If you share an IP address with anyone it could be that that [sic] other person or those other people have been banned.
As for Bosnia, the country is relatively free when it comes to internet censorship, though they are only 'partly free,' it's still highly doubtful that your country has been blocked, though it is possible.
Your ISP may be what's to blame, but I have no real knowledge on how, much less why, ISPs are banned.
