Report Quota

Does anyone know the exact amount of posts you can report over a certain period of time? For those that aren't sure what I am talking there is a limit to how many reports you can make over a period of time and once that limit is reached you are locked out from making reports for like two or three hours. Same with deleting posts.

I get the feeling that the amount is somewhere around 20-25 posts.

My theory is that reports go into a queue and are cleared out by mods and janitors, and that the overall limit (the one that gives the "You've reported enough posts already" message) is based on how many of your reports are in the queue. I guess this because I've reported lots of posts both when janitors are and aren't active on a given board, and when they aren't active I seem to get stuck unable to report posts for a long time.

I'm completely guessing on how 4chan's report system works, though.
