A very special place

Does anyone remember the place that had timestamps relative to a certain point in the site's history, or perhaps it was the future? It was a strange timestamp that either signified how long time has passed since a certain event or it counted down until a certain event. I cannot be sure if this place even existed since it has been a very long time, but if you know what I'm speaking of could you assist me in remembering the name of this peculiar place?
