Does 4chan have Hotspot Shield blocked?

Hi. I'm from Egypt, and seeing as my country's ISP is blocked (fucking moot), I resorted to using a proxy to post for the past two months. Now for the past 2-3 days or something, I've been unable to post through Hotspot shield, getting the "ISP blocked" notification.

Are there any other proxy programs I can use?

This is bullshit. Blocking a country is one thing, but could these guys at LEAST let us use a fucking proxy?

I think blocking countries is unfair though. It made sense when Japan took over the site, and when obscure Eastern European countries would spam all the boards, but now it's just an extreme method to solve a problem that no longer exists.

I recommend emailing moot (moot@4chan.org). He probably won't reply, but he claims to read all emails sent to him.
