SPLIT /tv/ and and create a CELEB board.

OK. Long time poster that has has given up. Celebs dominate the /tv/ board. Not the good actors with merits, but the ones that have a strong but persistent underground appeal (no Glau fan has earned her a lasting series despite daily floods of her).

It's time to separate /tv/ and celebrities. Add a upper end file size and you can relieve /hr/ as well from the same image dumps that every other real celebrity forum scooped days before.

This can only make things better.
Plus. /tv/ needs a moderator or janitor that will stick around for more than a week. The last time there was a janitor, they disappeared in less than a week. The last mod that tried to clean that stayed less than that.

There's nothing good on TV anyway so the board should reflect that. I mean if you get rid of the celeb crap what else will there be?

I think OP's idea is a very good one.  I have been wanting this for a while now!  I would still use both boards, but for different things.
