Overchan - Auschan

I went to the overchan directory and then to auschan. I clicked on sexy beautiful women and on the page there was a link with thumbnail containing child porn. I did not click on the link or picture. Am i going to get in trouble for simply going to auschan? Or do is it really only the people that acutally download that shit get in trouble, or at least have priority?

You did download it. The thumbnail is stored on your computer. Yes you can get in legal trouble for storeing cp on your computer. But you will never get caught, unless you get in legal trouble for something else and you get your pc seized and the thumbnail is still on your computer.
