How do you install shiichan?
Or is there a shiichan alternative that uses only php

1. Upload it to a web server that has php installed and log in to admin.php.
2. Shiichan is frowned upon. A working alternative is Kareha.

when i load admin.php it just shows a blank page

perhaps you have the wrong version of php installed. Try changing the closing php tags to "php?>". Also take a look at the server log for errors.
