Marking Reaction Images as not Images.

I submit and request the idea that all posts on the image boards have a box that anyone posting a "reaction image" is required to check (or it asks you "Is this a reaction image?" whenever posting a pic).  If an image is so marked, then it will not count towards the "10 image replies omitted" displayed in threads.

Also, people will be banned/warned if their threads are not marked as such.
