ISP blocked due to abuse?

Well, it seems today that I'm now unable to post anything over at the 4chan imageboards, otherwise I get this message:
"Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse. [More Info]"
I can still browse the site, all the images and threads load fine, I just can't post. What gives? I've never posted spam or porn.

Romanianfag here, now my ISP is banned as well.
Fucking retards spaming from our countries, now I can't post.

There should be a way to whitelist yourself when this happens.

Rofag here, forgot to mention my ISP was blocked last year as well(all 84.79.*.* class IPs) but for some reason they changed my IP class to 188.27.*.* about 1 month after that ban

I have MySQL connection error and the boards don't change.
