Well, it seems today that I'm now unable to post anything over at the 4chan imageboards, otherwise I get this message:
"Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse. [More Info]"
I can still browse the site, all the images and threads load fine, I just can't post. What gives? I've never posted spam or porn.

I'm in Calgary, Canada for a couple weeks, I'm using a temporary ISP. Wind mobile, I think. It was posting just fine the first couple of days, now it says I'm banned for abuse. What the shit?

Well, yeah, the information regarding ISP blocks explicitly states that "A number of international ISPs are disallowed from posting".
There is nothing we can do, except talk with the mods....
For those who doesn't know how to do it:
How to use IRC (from what I gathered from a thread on /g/):
1. Google xchat-wdk for a decent IRC client.
2. Register nick for yourself. You'll need a valid email address.
3. Login to the Rizon server.
4. Join #4chan channel. (/join #4chan)
5. Wait for a mod. Mods are nicks with @ and % next to their names. Some mods also have a + next to their names as well, but not all. Tell the mod you have the error.
6. Give the mod your IP address, and they should "un-ban" you.
Google how to use IRC commands if not sure, etc.

1.) Go to http://qchat.rizon.net/
2.) Fill in a nickname.
3.) Hit connect.
4.) Hit "Ok" when it asks you to register.

6.) Once registered, type /join #4chan in the bar on the bottom of the screen.
7.) Write that you want to appeal your ban and then discuss with the first operator or half-operator that responds. (They'll have either a @ or % to the left of their nickname, respectively.)

Sadly, talking with the mods only yields similarly vague responses that speak of an uncertain someday which may as well never come.
So, uh, enjoy being buttfucked by paying ridiculous amounts for one of those shitty cellphone carriers internet USB dongles to stick on your computer of choice and swear to never open pictures with it unless you want most of your salary drained by that shit. Protip: 4Chan "ISP Bans" are just IP range bans. They blocked all the IP's who start with 19 and 20.
