Well, it seems today that I'm now unable to post anything over at the 4chan imageboards, otherwise I get this message:
"Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse. [More Info]"
I can still browse the site, all the images and threads load fine, I just can't post. What gives? I've never posted spam or porn.

looks like just a random attack. several ISPs have been blocked, including AT&T, Verizon, & Comcast. Almost all of US looks blocked, spanning throughout Europe; no idea why. Could be an attack, could have something to do with Blackberry's outages. Doubtful it has anything to do with hurr durr99%.
Can't post anymore. ISP is blocked. I have a static IP and I believe everyone else in this block has a static IP too so it's easy to block abusers. Blocking a whole subnet makes no sense

The "posting blocked from your ISP" messages that everyone was seeing earlier were a glitch. Everything is fixed now. (There are still a handful of blocks in place, but an error caused *everyone* to be blocked.)

Please come find us in #4chan if you've been caught in the block. We've been getting a TON of proxy linkspam from IPs in Russia, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc etc.
