ISP blocked due to abuse?

Well, it seems today that I'm now unable to post anything over at the 4chan imageboards, otherwise I get this message:
"Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse. [More Info]"
I can still browse the site, all the images and threads load fine, I just can't post. What gives? I've never posted spam or porn.

I'm a portufag too and my ISP is also banned. It's not "Meo" though, it's "Clix". I know "ZON" isn't cause my neighbour can perfectly post with his ISP.

Anyway, if any mod can solve the problem I'd appreciate it.
My IP is 89.189.**.***, I don't know if that's important.

PS: I'm in college and still a virgin guys, what the fuck am I supposed to do without 4chan? I haven't even kissed a girl...
Plus, Portugal is going bankruptcy, what the hell is left for me, going out and meeting real peole?!
