ISP blocked due to abuse?

Well, it seems today that I'm now unable to post anything over at the 4chan imageboards, otherwise I get this message:
"Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse. [More Info]"
I can still browse the site, all the images and threads load fine, I just can't post. What gives? I've never posted spam or porn.

Britfag here, also banned. I'm pretty sure my home is still on Orange. It'd be nice if we could be fucking TOLD something about what's going on.
I'm hoping my Uni network will be unaffected by this ISP bullshit, given that it has a commercial grade internet connection and all.

addendum: running tracert shows up some French backbone servers (opentransit.net, run by French Telecom, Orange's parent company) so yeah it's a ban on Orange's IP block. Any .fr people feeling the squeeze?
