Oh wait guys, i have a copypasta for this.
/b/. /b/ never changes.
Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of troll and meme. Blood has been spilled in the name of everything, from newfag to oldfag to simple failure. In the year 2010 the destructive nature of /b/ could sustain itself no longer. the internet was plunged into an abyss of hate and trolling. But it was not, as some had predicted the end of /b/. Instead the apocalypse was simply the prologue to another lulzy chapter of 4chan history. For anon had succeeded in destroying /b/. But /b/.. /b/ never changes.

>>244 you wish it to be true, but in your heart you know it isn't
A couple of people in the IRC chat keep mentioning the Spanish feds and the FBI, if that helps. Also I've seen a bunch of sage posts on the front page that make no sense.

Fuck that copypasta, implies /b/ never changes but states it somehow got worse, it's always been the same, the others who have moved to other boards just got tired of seeming the exact same thing every day...

Fine.
/b/.../b/ has changed.
It's not about lulz or raff ruse. It's not even about fapping, or raiding. It's an endless series of proxy trolling by anons and tripfags. Trolling and it's vast consumption of newfags has become a rational business transaction. ID Tagged Anons post ID tagged threads with ID tagged interwebs. Nanomachines inside their computers enhance and regulate their actions. Meme control...post control...computer control...board control. Everything is monitored and kept under control. /b/ has changed. The age of deterrence is now the age of control, averting catastrophe from weapons of mass scientologists. And he who controls /b/ controls 4chan. And when the board is under control, /b/ becomes routine
>>219
What if /b/ stays down and all the other boards go back up?
MASSIVE FLOOD OF NEWFAGS
You don't want /b/ to go down, it's like the Jupiter of 4chan, protecting all the other planets from the giant space rocks that are the newfags.
>>245
But /b/ does change, modern /b/ is not even remotely similar to the /b/ of five, or even two years ago.
Do you remember when /b/ was one of the only boards that would go down in 2008 and 2009? They would fall to /bif/ or something, it was annoying and sort of funny to see them all go to /a/ as well, but it's nothing that hasn't happened before...
Also, perhaps I haven't been on /b/ for an extended period of time in a long time to tell, but sometimes I click on it and I swear I see the same shit and go back to something I enjoy...
just stay there and enjoy it, you have to sort of drop the /b/ attitude on other boards... Not that there aren't other boards that are little /b/, looking at you /v/
