PAQ.cc - An invite only imageboard?

I just saw a post on megachan about paq.cc, and I guess it's an imageboard site where you have to know someone to get in.  Anyone know more?

This is run by Tee (the Kusaba guy), this'll turn out to be shit. Either that or he'll lose interest and merely let it turn to shit.
