PAQ.cc - An invite only imageboard?

I just saw a post on megachan about paq.cc, and I guess it's an imageboard site where you have to know someone to get in.  Anyone know more?

I just went there. Registration? Invitation codes? Completely misses the point of an imageboard. I'll bet it uses a crappy Kusaba derivative to runs its boards as well.
