For all the relationship bullshit. /r9k/ started as an interesting concept but now it's full of MySpace and LJ fags fagging up the place with their mundane teenager concerns about love, friendship and all that garbage.

I agree. Though it wouldn't be named /baw/, probably "/rel/ - Relationships" since team 4chan likes to do things prim and proper nowadays. If such a board were created, it certainly would ease the problems that face /r9k/ and maybe even cut down some of the crap on /b/. (But I'm probably being too hopeful)
I'm not against the creation of such a board, is anybody else in favor of this? Then when people decide to start talking about relationship crap, we can say "/rel/ is that way ---->".

Well, you can always use 99chan's /docta/ board if you can stand that place. It's actually one of their better boards.

/r9k/ is a bad board based off of a bad webcomic

Robot9000 gets used a whole lot more here than on #xkcd-signal

I agree with the OP. I used to like /r9k/ but it quickly became overrun with a bunch of pathetic crybabies whining about how they can't get a girlfriend. Or the ridiculous sex threads obviously overrun with 14-year-olds (HOW KIN I MAEK A GURL CUM ARCININE?!?!?!)
I hope moot creates /rel/ so /r9k/ can be worth even skimming over again.

Yes it saddens me to see such a sad state of affairs.
I would be interested to see if creating a relationships board as a remedy.

e-mail him and petition the mods on #4chan. Maybe something will happen. Ask others to do the same. Power in numbers, etc.

Plus, /r9k/ was to see if Randall's little ROBOT9000 IRC filter bot could work on a forum/imageboard, turns out it didn't.
I did enjoy early /r9k/ though, it really had an interesting run, until around the last year and a half or so.

no... what they need to do is make baw threads against the rules across all boards. If you want to have baw discussions use twitter, livejournal, tumblr, myspace, facebook or any other of those million sites full of hipster emo douchebag whiney cunts.

I want to have Anonymous baw threads. Not pseudonymous baw threads, and certainly I don't want to baww in the Internet using my real name.
