Starting my own imageboard.

Now I have always wanted to start my small imageboard, however I have no idea how to. What do I need to download to get the software and how do I necessary install it?

Has everything you'll likely ever need: Perl support (provided you can follow the simple instructions to set up a CGI wrapper), generally god uptime (occasionally down, but up often enough for a small imageboard), and even a support forum if you have problems or questions.  The bandwidth and server space are pretty good too.
