AnonTalk spam on /b/

Name: Anonymous 2008-10-22 21:52

Why hasn't moot done anything about it?

Name: Anonymous 2008-10-23 3:54

Because it's /b/

That is not a valid reason and you know it.

Honestly, I don't think moot gives a fuck anymore. Him and the others (MrVacBob, Coda, ect.) just do enough it seems just to keep the site running. He made a news post (http://www.4chan.org/news.php?all#101) saying He's going to return /b/ and the rest of 4chan back to it's original glory. Then, months go by and nothing. (Especially on /b/)

Sorting through over 2,000 janitor applications isn't helping very much. (Honestly He should of cut it off at 500 applicants and see where He can go from just that) This is jst poor management honestly.

In His defense though, running a *chan is something fairly new in the English world, and nobody has ran that "perfect" chan, and probably never will. But, I think He could do better though.

moot probably has a life (lol) and can't spend much time on the site.

4chan.js script spam finally killed it. RIP /b/.

There isn't enough (User was banned for this post) nowadays, imo. 4chan is in it's nature unmanagable to a point but certain things just seem to scream out that the boards are left un-attended.

Well, todays Js incident showed that the mods are abit rusty with the old ban/chemo stick. Why were these posts not deleted and the users banned? If they were activative the script on purpose they deserve a ban and if they did it without knowing they should be banned incase they end up doing something stupid later on (like activating a keylogger for instance), banning them would sheild them from there own stupidity.

They really need to get some more staff on there admin team, people who can help out fast when it's needed and get rid of any bad posts. It would certainly help with the sites reputation and make it a more socially acceptable place to lurk.

Poor management. Moot and His team are shifting through over 2,000 janitor applications. That's too many. Should of stopped it at like 500, and went from that. If He needed more, make an announcement with another global message, simple.

Don't change these.
