Custom image background?

So I've seen a couple images around that shows you can have an image for your background while browsing 4chan. How is it done?

save that as something.css and load it up on the browser as a custom style sheet (from somehwere under the view-tab).

I can't load anything from Firefox's view tab, there's a menu for page style but no option to load a new style. :(

I think you have to use the 4chan Firefox extension for that.

Opera has something called "Widgets" not extensions. (But are basically the same thing) There is no 4chan widget for Opera only the extension for Firefox.
