For the past 2 weeks, 80% of the time I try to upload to /gif/ I get no response after 5 minutes and then if I try again I get "Upload Failed".
I've manage to post 2-3 gifs in the morning and late late evening, but any more, I get the same problem.
It's getting annoying and /gif/ is getting lamer than normal.
