I've tried on a completely different computer with a completely different connection (i.e. different ISP), but had the same issue.
No error message. After apparently uploading the image, the page goes blank, and the image does not appear in the thread to which it was posted.
Known issue?

Try submitting text with your image.
Posts with out any text seem to cause the error.

Even then you hit flood detected a lot. I just tried posting two images on /c/, first one no problem. Second one I tried several times and after 6 minutes it still said flood detected so I gave up. What the hell is this. I don't have this problem on /a/.

I suspect you're posting the same text with each image, which will trigger a flood detection.

No they changed it completely (at least when I was still lurking /b/). If you try to post the exact same thing twice, you won't be able to post it again even after 45 seconds have passed. Obviously this was made in a desperate attempt to curb spam.

I;m actually having the problem in /y/. When I click "choose file" either nothing happens, or when it does allow me to select a file, it doesn't show up at all.
