/sf/ - Sci-Fi

There is not yet a good consolidated board where users can talk about things ranging from fictional spacecraft to "Picard vs. Kirk", to "Enterprise vs. Star Destroyer".

Topics about sci-fi usually end up misplaced in /m/, or /k/, and when they get kicked out, they end up doomed to the wasteland that is /b/.

Since all these new boards are getting added, now seems like a great time to introduce a board like this, and I know that both /m/ and /k/ will be thankful, as will everyone who wants to discuss this stuff outside of /b/.

I'll sign this petition. I would probably spend more time in a Sci-fi board than in any of the other new ones.
