Is the cover for the album "Virgin Killer" by "The Scorpions" considered CP?

Not legally, but 420chan got taken down by its ISP over it.  That's what the last big period of downtime was about, actually.  IIRC, somebody posted the cover, it was a GET (it may have been a mod-GET, but I forget now) and was therefore stickied, after which their ISP had a shit-fit.
