Repeal the "Japanese art only" rule in /d/

Seriously, it's a legacy from back when 4chan was only a weaboo anime board and it goes counter of /d/'s internal culture of being tolerant of eachothers' individual kinks.

Keep this Japanese only shit for /a/ and /h/.

I've peeked into /h/ occasionally and all I see is this same bland glossy professional eroge drawstyle over and over again. Nothing else seems to be tolerated.

I like /d/ because it has a multitude of different drawstyles. I don't want it to be /h/ with extra dicks goddammit.
