I'm sure I'm doing this in the wrong place and if so, just point me in the right direction and I'll go do it there.
AAAAAnyways, for those of you who don't frequent /s, we just had another huge flame enshrouded pissing match about shemales in /s:

I expected as much when I started the thread as an honest and innocent question about the rules which didn't explicitly state no shemales (the term 'women' can be applied to shemales depending on who you ask).
Within minutes, as you can imagine, it descended into a morass of homophobes posting the same homophobic stuff (again as expected) with their flawed logic and all. It was also accompanied by (and this surprised me a little) several supporters who decided to goad them on by posting a crapload of shemale pics (I assume they were several, as I'm pretty sure the flood protection would have kept a single poster from posting that many images, that quickly) as well as actually trying to have a back and forth with them.
And now that I've gotten to the tl;dr point, I thought I'd ask again if it would be at all possible for us to have a shemale/futa board? It seems to me that with the size of 4chan, there's more than ample desire for it's existance. From the fact that traps/shemales get posted to /s on a daily basis (if not almost hourly), to /d having a non trivial futa following (even if you don't count the ones that don't go for shemales), and the fact that /b would seem to have a fairly decent shemale following (not to mention more than a few actual traps), all kind of indicates that a shemale board wouldn't be so out of the question.
Or is it perhaps a personal dislike from the mods/moot? Or is it maybe a more technical aspect, like too much bandwidth/serverload for yet another board? Hell, maybe even a belief that such a board would be a waste?
What would we need to do to convince the mods/moot to give such a board a chance?
