2kochan & bbwchan

Hi, I have issues with 2chkochan and bbwchan (503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error).
I believe they are both hosted by dreamhost.
Do you know anything? Have you got some issues too?

The 503 errors that have been popping up lately are due to the fact that the host that Hina is using is throttling the server to prevent an overload. I don't know what's going on though, because my account isn't affected. o.o
