/p/ image size limit

I most frequently see members of /p/ complaining about the insanely large files posted there.  I can see no reason for posting 5mb files (the current limit) on /p/ except to fulfill a request for a 100% crop.  However, we can easily use /hr/ and link to the appropriate thread for that purpose.  I think we should bring the /p/ size limit to 1MB.

The problem is that some dumbfucks post lots of their shitty blurry photos to /p/ as 4-megabyte 4000x3000 jpegs straight from their camera and then complain that everyone sages them.

And 4 mb photos load quite slowly even on my 1.5 mbit connection because 4chan's servers aren't fast enough.
