Imageboards vs. Textboards

I'm going to go with textboards, even though there isn't a single good english one.

It's a matter of finding a balance, isn't it? However text boards are less suceptible to that drowning effect than imageboards since they offer much more permanence.

And yeah, it does require more activity from each user when the userbase is small.
