it means your system32 file is full. /b/ uses up alot of space in there. your best bet is to go to your c:/ drive and delete, then go back to /b/, it will automaticlly make a new one.

Turning off the styles is easy enough in FireFox, but FireFox has this suck-ass problem where it freaks out when I try to save the lovely files I get off of /b/. That's why I use IE for 4chan.
