why are people getting banned?

Why are people getting banned on /a/ for posting kamen rider pictures, yet, posting Touhou game stuff is acceptable? whats happening? for that matter, why wassnt there anything posted on the top of /a/ about it or something?

Mods are faggots? That seems to be the usual explanation.
