I am not a practising lawyer (yet), but I work for a law firm. Take my advice m00t, you are in big shit.
Now we all know you won't be held criminally liable for someone posting captain planet on /b/ or elsewhere making you feel invincible, but have you really thought of the civil liability.
If someone underage b& on /b/ posts stuff of their own accord, you MIGHT be able to argue against it (good luck persuading a jury full of non-legal retards). But based on cases we have recently been working on, if /b/ manages to egg some underage person into posting sexual/nude pics of themselves, regardless of your or their knowledge of their age, you could be sued into the ground by said camwhores parents for creating the oppontunity for it to happen (facilitation). Take my advice m00t and crackdown on some the shit going on in /b/ otherwise it will get worse before it gets better. Since /b/ is basically a stomping ground for pedos these days you won't be able to argue you couldn't have seen it coming. Good luck m00t.
