Basically the RIAA sent out letters to college students caught

downloading from the P2P sites, and they put up a site offering to

settle out of court with those caught downloading illegally from

the P2P networks... This site may or may not be an actual RIAA

site, but whatever the case they are equally deserving of a raid.
