why does PureTnA never let me log in?

no matter how many times I reset my password, PureTnA never accepts the new one. Is this site even real, or is it just a scam to get email addresses?
Does the user database not update for 30 minutes or a few days or something, even though it sent the email with my new password?
What the hell is up with this crap?

what? I got in on my first try.... and have been downloading ever since... great site.

I'm not sure, but it might not have ever sent me the email when I first registered, and instead I just requested a new password, which I got in email, but the password didn't work. I tried requesting another one recently, and that one also didn't work.
