4chan uses their own home-brewn script Yotsuba, which is not distributed everywhere. As you can see, a lot of custom work has been done and their admin panel probably rocks (with all the development and the amount of coders they have).

But you can't download it anywhere, so you are suck with Trevorchan. HAHA.
